P&C

 What do we do?

Our P&C is managed by a volunteer executive committee (President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer) who, with other P&C members (Parents & Community), work closely with the school Principal for the benefit of the students at our school.

Our P&C manages our Tuckshop, as well as running various fundraising activities throughout the year, such as Mother’s Day Stalls, Raffles and BBQs. Without a P&C, our school would not be able to provide any of these services.

We make some big decisions, such as the expansion of the KICS services, and smaller decisions, like what’s on the Tuckshop menu!

The funds raised are used for providing improvements to our fantastic school, such as building new playgrounds (which was achieved in 2018), and providing fridges for classrooms.

New members are always welcome! If you would like to be involved, here's how: Any help would be appreciated – big or small! Every month – attend the P & C Meeting! We love new faces, and are open to all of your ideas! And we won’t give you a job unless you want one!

Meeting dates are on our website calendar, in the Newsletter, on the QSchools app and on this page also. You might like to volunteer in our Tuckshop on Thursday and Friday mornings.

Our Tuckshop Convenor Kirstie would love any help that can be provided – even if you only have an hour to spare! Help is also needed to run our various activities throughout the year.

You can contact the P&C via 4150 533 or pandc@bargarass.eq.edu.au
