Library

Welcome back to all our students for 2019!

The library is open to students for individual students before school and during second break. Class borrowing has also started (see class borrowing days below). This year we will again be encouraging all our students to read for pleasure by regularly selecting books from our wide ranging library collection.

Library borrowing guidelines

• Prep and Year 1: 1 junior book for one week
• Years 2-3: 2 books for one week
• Year 4-6: 2 books for two weeks

 Please note: Students are unable to do any further borrowing when they have overdue books.

Taking care of library books

Students are asked to use a library bag when borrowing to assist with protecting books. If students wish to take books home they musthave a library bag. Students may still borrow if they do not have a library bag but their books will need to stay in their classroom. Quality long lasting library bags can be purchased from the school office for $12 or a cloth bag may also be used. Plastic shopping bags will not be accepted.
